I guess tomorrow will be the better test of my transition anxiety, when I return to working full time after four days of part-time sickliness. of course a major aspect of 2021 was that Dax passed.

But that's why I'm giving $$$ to a Detroit animal shelter, and now also why I'm giving $$$ to PETA for their abused dog rescue program, and why I will give my home to dogs again.

Dax taught me how to love dogs, and I will never forget.

I would like to live in PETA's world, where no animals are owned, mistreated, or exploited by humans. I see there's a lot of criticism of PETA for taking extreme positions or protesting in extreme ways, but I can't quibble with their basic conclusion that animals do not and should not belong to us.
